I'M DR SARAH JANE.

I'm a chiropractor, holistic counsellor, and the founder of Spinal Energetics, a body-based modality now practised across more than thirty countries.

Based in Melbourne, home to our purposely designed clinic, my nuanced understanding of people and capacity to make the invisible visible is what created Spinal Energetics.

My work and this modality sits at the intersection of philosophy, science, and artistry, drawn equally from Eastern and Western traditions, from the clinical and the contemplative. I hold degrees in psychology, chiropractic, Buddhist studies, and Chinese medicine, and approaches each with the same underlying question: what does it mean for a person to be truly well?
