The Embodied Practice 2026

The Embodied Practice Course is a self-paced online course for practitioners across embodied and somatic modalities — energetic and somatic work, breathwork, yoga, meditation, reiki, kinesiology and the like who are building a client practice.

It is not a marketing course or a course about getting more clients through tactics. It is a course about becoming the kind of practitioner whose regulated, genuine, boundaried presence generates its own momentum, because the quality of the work is felt.

The course runs across 8 modules. There is no correct timeline. You might move through one module a week, or sit with a single module for a month. The work is not in completing, it is in integrating.

Course Structure:

Every module follows the same structure. Understanding it before you begin will help you move through each one with intention rather than uncertainty.

  • CORE TEACHING

Written content covering the key ideas for that module. Read it slowly, not as information to absorb but as an invitation to notice what arises.

  • SOMATIC PRACTICES

Audio recordings you will listen to as part of each module. These are the heart of the course. Do not skip them in favour of the written content. Find somewhere quiet and unhurried to listen.

  • LIVING THE WORK

A practical section that asks you to bring the module's teaching into actual client sessions and track what you notice. This is where the real learning happens.

  • REFLECTION PROMPTS

Questions to sit with in your journal. There are no right answers. Answer from where you actually are, not where you think you should be.

At the end of the course, your journal will also contain your Practitioner Design, the forward-facing document from Module 8 that captures your boundaries, self-care structure, sustainable practice framework, and personal touchstones. You will be invited to submit this section to the course team when you complete the course.

You do not need to be more ready than you are right now. The course meets you where you are, if you are willing to be honest about where that is.

Begin when you are ready. Trust your timing.
